What we store — and what we don't
We only keep what you need. We strip what could hurt you.
Your interview answers
Saved to your account so you can pick up where you left off. Stored in an encrypted database (Supabase with AES-256 encryption at rest).
Your uploaded documents (vault)
Stored securely and only accessible by you. No one else — including us — can open your files.
Your Social Security Number is never stored.
SSN fields exist on forms for reference only — they are stripped from our servers before saving. You fill your SSN directly on the official government form before submitting.
We do not sell your data.
Ever. To anyone. Period. No advertisers. No data brokers. No “partners.” Full stop.
We do not share your information
with insurance companies, employers, government agencies, or any third party — unless you explicitly ask us to as part of filing your claim.
How the AI works — and what it doesn't remember
The AI is a tool, not a vault. It processes, then forgets.
The AI (Claude by Anthropic) reads your interview answers to generate your documents. It processes your information in the moment — like a calculator — and does not retain or remember anything after your session ends.
Each document generation is a fresh, isolated request. The AI has no memory of previous sessions, no ability to identify you across conversations, and no persistent storage of your answers.
Your interview data lives in your account, not in any AI system. The AI only sees what you share during a single generation request — nothing more.
Anthropic (the company behind Claude) operates under strict data handling policies. Your data is not used to train AI models.
🎤 The microphone — what actually happens
Voice is optional. And when you use it, your audio never leaves your device.
The microphone is entirely optional. You can type every answer if you prefer. Nothing about the voice feature is required or automatically enabled.
If you use the microphone, your voice is processed by your browser's built-in speech recognition (Web Speech API). It converts speech to text locally on your device and never sends raw audio to our servers.
We never record, store, or transmit audio. The only thing that leaves your device is the text transcript of what you said — the same as if you had typed it.
You can revoke microphone access at any time in your browser settings. The app works fully without it.
How your data is protected
Bank-grade security, in plain language.
Encrypted in transit
All data travels over HTTPS (TLS 1.3). Nothing you send can be intercepted between your browser and our servers.
Encrypted at rest
Your data is stored using AES-256 encryption — the same standard used by banks and the US government.
You own your data
Delete your account and all associated data from Account Settings at any time. We permanently delete everything within 30 days.
Secure authentication
Your account uses Supabase Auth — industry-standard secure authentication with email verification.
No shared access
Each account is completely isolated. No one else can see your cases, documents, or interview answers — not even us.
No third-party trackers
We do not use advertising trackers, analytics that sell your data, or any surveillance tools on this platform.
